Web site landing page

I am looking for a landing page/main page for a multi store web site. The landing page should have a retro feel/look and have 8 "stores" with each store being clickable to take the user to that part of the over all site. I have in mind storefront signs and an overall cartoon type look however nothing is in stone except the retro feel. I have several generic signs (posted for review) that are the correct look and colors - if used possibly have them all in place in a small town feel and a rollover to enlarge each sign with click to enter type wording - again nothing is required so looking for design input as well meaning you will have a good bit of freedom to do what works well online. Prefer work in photoshop with native .psd delivered, or Illustrator or CorelDraw. I am PC based so no native mac files. No FLASH but any scripting will be acceptable but in no way required - just a nice useable design.
