Convertir una plantilla de una web / Develope of a web template

El trabajo es sencillo: Tengo un blog - [login to view URL] Quiero usar esta plantilla que ya tengo, para un nuevo diseño de mi blog: [login to view URL] Y quiero que esa plantilla de ese blog se parezca (no en el diseño ni colores) en el formato a este otro blog: [login to view URL] Quiero que esa plantilla se convierta en un blog con sus diferentes menus, pero cada menu, será una nueva sección de ese blog. Cada menu, se comportará como un blog en si mismo. Otro apartado importante es como yo tendré que gestionar ese blog, tal vez lo mejor sea wordpress, no lo se.
