$300 Joomla Website

If you are a Joomla expert, then I need you for some projects. I need someone who knows what they are doing....A self starter.....and someone who can use their imagination..not having to be walked through a project from A-Z. Show me work you have done in Joomla. This project pays $300 and is fairly easy. I want you to make a site where people have discussions and can assign to and create discussions and those who join discussion are auto added to receive all updates of that discussion. I want this completed in 7 days or less with Mandatory Updates Everyday.
