Craigslist Kijiji Ad Poster with html skills needed today

Hi world. I have a site where people post up their cars for sale. I then take the info from my site in their car ad, paste it into dream weaver to make a nice html layout then post on craigslist. I need someone to do this for me. I have about 100-150 ads to create in html(I will provide examples for which you can improve or keep the same) which each one I will pay .50(takes a few minutes each) then for posts I will pay .15 ea craigslist post and .10 ea kijiji post(kijiji does not allow html so you would have to put it in nice layout). If you know html and you know craigslist and kijii then this may be for you. I have no real html knowledge and I can easily do this but I am a little so this could be ongoing project.
