Business catalyst web app

Good day all, Background: I work in the cell phone repair industry and I have many insurance company clients. I created a web app so that the claims consultants can log new jobs and check the status of the repairs and list pdf reports/quotes next to each active job etc. I am some what limited in my development knowledge and need to iron some issues. My staff need access to all items in the web application and I would like to create an administration panel on the front end for my staff incorporating buttons to change statuses with date stamps when these statuses have been changed. This information needs to update in the active list of jobs that the claims consultants would be looking at. The claims consultants would have a limited administration panel and would have access to the the list of current jobs (With PDF quotes and reports listed next to them) as well has been able to log new jobs and approve quotes (Approving quotes would only be for authorised personal) Key points; 1. Administration panel for my staff a. Log web forms that are saved next to the the web items for view in pdf format b. Editable web items on the front end for my staff to change status and to save a date stamp for all to view when this was done. 2. Administration panel for external consultants a. Log claims that are saved in the active status b. Color coded to applicable status c. Approve claims with a button that also saves a date stamp on the active jobs on the front end that also changes the status.(only for autorised personal) I have attached some screen shots to have a look what I have done already.
