Joomla Template Customization

I have a Joomla template which I want customized for my consulting business. There will be approximately 15 pages initially (Home, About, Services, etc.) and I have graphical headers for each page. I am a consultant and I will want the ability to create new pages for my clients where they can access (through a log in ID created just for them) the deliverables I provide for them as well as a place to post questions and answers for them. I will also want a blog and the ability to add audio download and video viewing. You MUST have Joomla examples to show me and have performed Joomla projects on Freelancer before. I want to make a decision and get this going ASAP. I will take care of all of the content. I just want the template set up, functional and looking sharp and professional. I have already downloaded Joomla and the template on my server.
