Scope Of Work 1.1 Website Development – Phase 1 ▪ Re-design of the Abed Tahan website on Magneto 2 based on the following Magento theme: [login to view URL] Client will be providing developer with the full PSD files to cater for this. ▪ Apply UI styling and updates on the front-end pages based on client’s provided designs ▪ Front-end updates included in scope are the following o Update of styles (fonts, color, sizes etc.) o Update of visual images o Hiding theme components from pages o Adding theme built-in components to pages ▪ Update existing extensions for M2 ▪ Data Migration from M1 to M2 o Using Magento Lite Extension ▪ Reactivation of the Online Payment Gateway ▪ Installation of Facebook and Google pixel ▪ Implementation of a scheduling system in the backend for banners updates and campaigns ▪ Deployment on test server ▪ Testing & Tuning ▪ Deployment to production server 1.2 Migrate & Re-develop following custom modules o Store Locator o Product Import and Update Automation / 3 updates per day o Wedding List o AC Recommendation: Algorithm to recommend the right Air Conditioner size for the client: [login to view URL] o SMS Integration - OTP upon Registration 1.3 Required Extensions The client is required to purchase the following extensions directly and provide developer with the related access to use them on the website. ▪ Mirasvit Search Autocomplete [login to view URL] ▪ Cashback [login to view URL] ▪ Amatsy Gift Card [login to view URL] ▪ Out of stock notification [login to view URL] ▪ Magento Lite (For Data Migration): Cost depends on amount of data including products, members, orders etc.
