Application to save images from a Gmail account

We need a software program that can run on a Windows platform service, that can monitor a GMAIL account for incoming emails with JPG attachments or embedded Images that will download the Image and use the subject line to rename that image as such and then save it on a local server or network admin share. **Please do not ask us for our budget**, we will consider all Bids along with your RAC feedback. The coder with the best feedback and the lowest bid, will probably be the one we choose. If you ask us our budget, we will automatically remove you from our choice of candidates. ## Deliverables REQUIREMENTS: 1. It has to be configurable, to change email address checked, password changes for the gmail account, storage location folder, how often to check for new emails with attachments. 2. It has to maintain some sort way to check and log that an email with an image has already been downloaded, renamed and saved. Maybe a CSV file that can be read to check for any errors. 3. I MUST work with an iPhone that can take a picture, Copy the picture and paste in an email and send to the gmail account. This is important because pasting an image does not always show as a separate attachment. So you may have to parse the email to get the image, I am not sure, but in a Gmail account you can just click the download image. 4. I must be able to run as a service, with low CPU and memory resources and start up any time the computer is restarted. Plans are to use a Windows 2003 server, but should not be limited to just this platform. 5. Emails with more than one image, will follow a naming convention: 1st Image: [login to view URL] 2nd image: SUBJECTLINE(1).jpg, 3rd Image: SUBJECTLINE(2).jpg, etc.. - SUBJECTLINE(3).jpg, **Deliverables:** 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform An installable program/application. platform does not matter, however we would like to know in your bid what platform you choose or suggest. We do not want to have to configure a lot of third party programs. The EXE setup should have a very easy to understand setup wizard to configure this to any system we install it on.
