Rename pictures to correspond with the serial in them

I need to rename over 2'000 pictures files to correspond with the the details which are in the picture, either a serial or an hour number. The 2 uploading pictures are already renamed to either the hour number or the serial number which they contain. Pictures which are obscure can be left with the original file name.
