Publish 500 Wordpress Pages

I have exactly 500 short articles (in 9 different languages) that are currently published as private pages on Wordpress. These articles still exist in publicly published form on an old website. I already had someone migrate them to Wordpress. Old Website: [login to view URL] New Website (Wordpress): [login to view URL] I now need someone to do the following to each of the 500 articles. 1. Check the preview to make sure there are no major formatting errors, such as misaligned or missing photos (95% of the articles are fine). Fix these errors when necessary. 2. Copy the first 3 or 4 sentences and paste into the excerpt text box. 3. Select the correct parent page to match the language in which the article was written. 4. Select the page category to match the category on the old site by cross-referencing the article on the old site. 5. If the article is in English, add 2~4 tags which describe the content. Do not add tags if the article is in a language other than English. 6. Select a category group to match the language in which the article was written (identical to step #3). 7. Change publication status from 'private' to 'public'. 8. Shorten the permalink slug if it is too long. 9. Change the published date to match the approximate date of the old article by cross-referencing with the old article. 10. Publish. On average, it takes me about 5 minutes to do the above 10 steps. On occasion, an article might take longer if a photo needs to be re-sized or re-positioned. Again, I'd say 95% of the articles do not need further editing. I need to have all 500 articles published by March 5th, 2013.
