Agency seeking new Experienced, Professional, Web Development Partnership

Hi Web Developers! We are a small digital marketing agency, looking to establish a new partnership with a very talented, passionate, professional, and experienced full stack web developer for long-term growth together. Currently, we have three new small business website projects we are looking to begin (WordPress), and two other websites we're looking to perform 'Website Improvement' work. We will discuss these opportunities in more detail once we narrow our candidate list. If you're looking for long-term work opportunities and a relationship with a growing partner - please continue. First things first, let's cover a few basics: • Seeking INDIVIDUALS or SMALL TEAMS (no more than 10 developers). Sorry, but at this time, we are NOT interested in large agencies or firms. This is non-negotiable. If you are part of a team larger than 10+ individuals, unfortunately this opportunity is not for you at this time. • Please provide your RESUME/CV when you submit your bid. This will go a LONG WAY in your consideration. We want professionals who are organized, prepared, and take the proper approaches to work, partnerships, and relationships. Those too lazy to provide this, focused only on 'work, work, work' - are NOT the type of partner we are seeking. This step alone helps us eliminate 50% of candidates - those that just say 'look at my profile', or 'let's chat', or 'tell me about your project' - No, this is not the way we operate. We take our work seriously, and respect our clients and project opportunities. We ask you give the same respect to us by making the effort. • Do NOT send a generic copy/pasted proposal that you use for all bids. We've hired for 10+ years and know the shortcuts bidders take. These bids WILL be ignored. Do NOT just provide a list of your services, list of sites you've built, and generic, vague messaging about how great you are, etc. Instead, we want a response that involves CONSIDERATION OF OUR POINTS, CRITICAL THINKING, and effort/willingness to demonstrate your interest in a partnership with us. • Give us some details/estimates on your various pricing, and how you approach estimating project time/labor. We are open to various arrangements, primarily we prefer fixed dev/scope projects to begin, and then can consider more options as we grow together. In any case, give us some sense of your value/costs/pricing strategy and where you are positioned. Remember, the more you can show us how suitable your are, and generate a response that factors in the bullets below, the more likely we are to move forward with further discussion together. This document will cover both the qualitative and technical virtues we are seeking in a new partnership. Our EXPECTATION/PROPOSAL REQUEST, is that you take the time to respect us, by reading through this and preparing a thoughtful, response that demonstrates to us you’ve read our needs – and understand what we value in partnership, and what attributes we need in a long-term partner. Again, ALL GENERIC messages, or those that say ‘let’s talk’, or ‘we can discuss later’ – will all be passed. You see, for us, this shows us how much it means to you to find a partner that matches as well, and about how willing you are to demonstrate that. The more you share with us, the better! We are ready to begin IMMEDIATELY; however, we are NOT rushed where we will skip into work without beginning relationship the right way.
