Custom Wordpress Plugin

Hi I need a custom plugin made that enables the following features. 1. Starts with a page that lets you search 300+ items and lets you select 3. 2. Second page lets you select subscription length and if its a gift. 3. If its a gift it allows you to enter a gift description and adds a fee for warping. 4. Lets you select the color of the case. 5. Then sends order through normal woocomerce checkout process. 6. As this is a monthly subscription the customer should be able to change the 3 items they get every month via a link in the account page. 7. all subscriptions should be managed through woocomerce like normal orders.
