I guess someone hacked your website or hacked you plugin or database and did something on the server so anyone reach your website goes to some other website. This is no way a 30 euro work. SO give me ftp and cpanel so i can review code and plugins first to see if its hack or file writing etc. PHP/MYSQL professional here to help you on this.
