Wordpress theme customization

I need WordPress theme customized. I will give you all of the neccesary files and you can setup the website on development server and make the edits there. The task is as follows and the website will be presented privately: 1. Add the submit video button like in the demo [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and make it working like in the demo. You can login in [login to view URL] using user: demo pass: demo. Once the submit video button has been pressed the demo takes you to profile settings page [login to view URL] but you must click on the Add new post button to Submit the video. This needs to be changed so the user would be in the submit video section not in the profile settings if he clicks submit video. 2. [login to view URL] remove these 2 sections. Remove [login to view URL] login. Move Login with Facebook, Draugiem, G+, Twitter to be in the same line where the name like in the screenshot. There is a 728x90px adsense banner inserted in [login to view URL] and if the post has comments the banner is duplicated in each of the comment. Fix the 728x90 ad showing up in comments, there needs to be only 728x90 below the video. 4. Add social logins + Login button to WP login to forums [login to view URL] on the left of the search field 5. Like button has somekind of overlay and can not be clicked [login to view URL] 6. Move like/dislike buttons next to date when posted [login to view URL] 7. Videos are being played with JW player, for example here [login to view URL] remove 40px of the height of the JW player and write down in which file this can be changed.
