Serbia ASP:NET Developement

Why look at other countries, when you can find in Belgrade, exactly what you need? I work with Canadian consulting firm, but we also have a daughter company in Belgrade, Serbia (komtechologies com). Their team is perfectly suited for this job, for example they are just working on a porting project with the similar technology (migration from Novell Btrive/C++ to ASP.NET & Microsoft SQL). In addition to local resource, of whom some are with the company for more than 3 years, there is a Canadian manager with over 15 years of (very technical) experience and I was also recently sent for 6 months to help with a start of new project and with hiring/training of new staff. Aside of 5 employees (and currently hiring more), we have several external programmers, to augment the team on a need basis. We are multilingual shop (english, german, serbian) and have external people at hand with knowledge of italian, if proved to be necessary. All the projects so far were for clients in Canada, US and EU - we normally do not work for the local market (though local employees certainly are familiar with the specific demands for the serbian market). I am pretty sure here you can find a competent team for reasonable price. What is more important, you do not get just the developers but well tuned and managed team. If you provide more details about your needs, we can provide more specific references and work out the starting details with you.
