I am looking for an architect and draftsman to assist me in designing and drafting a 70 sqm home with a contemporary architectural style. I require assistance with both the design and drafting aspects of the project. Specifically, I would like the design to include an open floor plan, allowing for a spacious and fluid living area. with skillion roof that overhangs the decking . Stone sides will only have light above , blocking out neighbours . There is a small block of 150 sqm and has 3D land PWG files as well Looking for someone who has experience is translating what im looking for and is used to making the most of small spaces and a certain amount of rock landscaping which will become a part of the build The ideal candidate should have experience in contemporary/ stone architectural design and drafting, with a strong understanding of creating functional and visually appealing spaces. Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly features would be a plus. Full set of drawings required in Portuguese If you have the skills and experience necessary to bring my vision of a contemporary 70 sqm home with an open floor plan to life, I would love to hear from you. Please include samples of your previous work in your proposal.
