Having worked, until March 2012, as a customer service coordinator at Manama Packaging Industry - Egypt Export Office, I carried out administrative and sales support tasks. Not only did I receive customers, respond to their queries and address their problems and complaints, I also provided support for my managers by means of translating documents, handling email correspondences, organizing meetings and taking their minutes. Furthermore, I coordinated among the different departments to follow up on the pending tasks and accelerate the work momentum, with the aim of catering to customers' needs and meeting their expectations. Having expedited the above-mentioned tasks for over a year, I believe I can employ this experience to meet the post's requirements professionally and efficiently.
