Metro Network Upgrade: The city's metro network requires a significant redesign. There will be a total of five metro lines providing seamless connectivity and easy accessibility to all parts of the city.
Line 0: A circular line orbiting around East and West Downtown, connecting with all other lines.
Line 1: Starting from East Downtown, passing through West Downtown and the Italian neighbourhood, and ending at Lions Gate.
Line 2: Originating in the French neighbourhood, moving to Rosemill, and ending in the Milton neighbourhood.
Line 3: Starting from the Chinese neighbourhood, going through Finley, and concluding at East Hill.
Line 4: Departing from West Downtown, passing through West Hill, Blue Shore, and Valcreek, and ending near High Hill.
Design details: Each line should be colour-coded for easy navigation. Stations should be strategically placed near neighbourhood points of interest.
Highway System Upgrade: The current highway system needs a minimal upgrade, including logically-placed exits. The main Highway should connect to the one in Shiner State. Furthermore, a new highway connecting downtown to other neighbourhoods should be developed.
City Features: Consider adding water features such as a pond or a mini-river. Upgrade the shape and zones of buildings throughout the city. Include visual upgrades to the Coast Guard base, including a couple of piers. Also, add two golf courses—one near John's Tower and one in Rosemill.
City Layout: Scale the city to match my other map, ensuring it is 60km wide by 55km high. Develop the east side of the waterfront with houses near the water.
National Guard Facilities: Create a military icon for National Guard Outposts. Add four outposts—NE, NO, SE, SO, and an icon for the National Guard base. The base should cover an area of 8 square kilometers, including training, administration, housing, and vehicle maintenance facilities.
Your creativity is essential in this task, especially when positioning metro stations to provide the best access to each neighbourhood's features, considering their unique characteristics and population distribution. Note that elements of the current metro system may be incorporated into your design if they align with these requirements. A comprehensive Google Document will be provided to guide you through the task."
