I'm looking for a savvy salesperson to help me generate revenue by selling consumer services. I have a very unique service. I work with middle school and high school students to get them to learn optimally. The ideal candidate will have a knack for closing deals and a solid understanding of consumer behavior and preferences. I'm offering this role on a base pay with commission basis, with a lucrative percentage of the sales going directly to you. Terms: Base pay $1000. Quota: At least $10000 in sales through a combination of base program ($2500 x 4), middle program ($4000 x 3), and premium program ($8000 x 2). 10% commission for all revenue generated beyond $10000. Some key details: - Selling services: The product in question is a range of consumer services. - Target market: Your focus will be on consumers. Therefore, your approach should be tailored to attract and engage individual customers rather than businesses. - Manual reporting: I prefer to track the sales through manual reporting. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and timely reports on the sales you've made. Skills and experience that would be ideal for this role include: - Proven experience in sales, particularly in the services sector. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior and how to effectively market services to individual customers. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, as this is a commission-based role.
