Anti-virus engine (TOP-NOTCH CODERS ONLY)

I want to develop a top-notch anti-virus engine. I want the following features. 0- 100,000 virus definitions. Monthly updates 1- Heuristic and Encrypted Viruses Scanning Engine. (Ofcourse this point means to make CPU emulator for such viruses..) 2- Macro Viruses Scanner. 3- Script Viruses Scanner. (This is to read files normally in Binary mode..) 4- Real-Time Scanner. (Ofcourse it must be able to capture even MS-DOS Prompt Actions..it is File System Filter Driver for all Windows Versions) 5- Master Boot Records Scanner. 6- E-Mail Incomming and Outcomming Scanner. (SMTP, POP3)7- Memory Viruses Scanner. 8- Instant Messengers Scanner. (Yahoo!, MSN, AOL and Windows Messenger) 9- Archived and Compressed Files Scanner. (Types: 10- Quarantine. 11- Context Menu Integration to Microsoft Windows Explorer 12- Anti-virus shield for anti-virus engine itself This is a big project. Please respond, only if you are confident on this.
