366337 Telebid clone script fix

Hi, I have a telebid penny auction clone that I need to put on my own server Wampserver 2. Can you help me to get it running and setup msql with it. I would also like some modifications. Like adding sms if it is not there already and be able to set a reserve price. Or alternatively supply me with a complete source code script that I will have all rights to. I need it to be able to handle hundreds of customers per day and be User and admin friendly as well as secure.
