Magento add on we need min order per manufacter or supplier

Seeking a feature on our site so we can have min orders per manufacture.. We need each manufacture on our site to have $100 minimum of their products in our cart before it allows them to check out. Our manufacture wont ship orders under $100. So if we have 10 manufacture, and someone orders from 2 different ones, we need to make sure they have $100 from each supplier in our shopping cart, if not it needs to prompt them to add xxx more from supplier xxxx to the cart before checking out. THIS IS MAGENTO WE ARE USING, WE HAVE SEEN THIS ON OTHER SHOPPING CARTS BUT CANT FIND ONE FOR MAGENTO
