I would like to have a list of up-to-date ModSec (Mod Security) rules specific for popular CMS application alike Drupal, Joomla, WordPress, phpBB, VB. The list has to be very specific to vulnerabilities in these applications. I'm not looking for general rules, or rules that can be downloaded from Gotroot. The rules have to be tailored to address the vulnerabilities discovered in these applications within the past 3 years. Once project selected, I would like the rules to be released to the community. Please respond with your experience in ModSec and how many rules you'll be preparing in total along with your bid. Thank you
