Female Lawyer PHP Website

I will need a full length website. The reason is A Lawyer. The site will need to be fully in php. Consist of a few built in scripts such as a calendar that has a control panel to update things, and also print out to a viewable webpage without having to login to view it. The other script will have to be a poll and surveying script with admin cp and everything of the such. I will need SEO implemented on the site for great search engine hits and etc... Other details will be given after the bids start rolling.
