560071 Joomla clone - redesign existing site and add content

I own raspadinhas-net, a portuguese scratch cards affiliate directory, but due to a personal problem I'm having extreme difficulty to put the joomla content in the website or even in the design level. Raspadinhas-net must have contents and design like this site: [login to view URL] or similar others. It can be almost a site clone, because I will later use the official affiliate promo text and images and I will change/translate the text content. So, what I need is a raspadinhas-net joomla redesign to have similar or better aspect, options, plug-ins, menus, content, headlines, boxes, etc., to work as worldwidescratchcards.com. NOTE: I am NOT owner of worldwidescratchcards, so the work must be done from scratch or based on a template chosen by the programmer. Again I emphasize that I want a site similar or better aesthetically. I can only provide the affiliate links from Aspire Affiliates and other Casino Affiliate Programs.
