Hi, I reviewed gravity cloud portal and If I am on right may be you are in teaching business similar to byju's and excelling door to door marketing or one-on-on sales appointment at the student home address etc. And it makes sense as well, for example sales person location tracking required, lead generation and entry, lead tracking, lead reminders, lead automated assignment such features are required . And more features like lead source tracking, custom forms may be for SEM/SMM or other organic marketing is required and need will be managed same as automated assignment, tracking, geo location tracking etc. I think I am getting your marketing & sales strategy and CRM requirements to support the system and team as well. And I will provide a detailed proposal having various user roles as admin, manager, branches, sales person, lead generator and their user journey, required functionality, features, flow of the application, required skilled team resources for the development work, cost break down, timeline, system architecture, running cost, maintenance &support terms but for such a huge planning we would have to do some session with each other to reach on the same page.
