I need a super reliable, efficient, clever person to help me hire various roles. Your task consists of hiring top resources in the areas of: 1) Logo Designers (Adobe Illustrator) 2) UI/UX Graphic Designers (Wireframing, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) // specialized in mobile and web design (i.e. [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) 3) Web and mobile app testers (iPhone, iPod, iPad) You will be in charge of: - Using various websites to put out ads (such as authenticjobs, freelancer, guru, odesk, dribbble,themeforest, graphicriver or other sites) - Searching the web and contacting people directly (email, skype or otherwise) - Reviewing the portfolio of those applicants for top quality - Filtering out applicants given certain restrictions - Researching the best rates based on the resources location and skills - Negotiating and finalizing rates based on certain budgets In your bid, please state why you would be the best person for this job.
