Hello freelancers! I am currently looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to help me find native English speakers who are interested in working as English teachers in China. This is a long-term cooperation opportunity, and I am willing to pay up to $500 for each successful candidate you recruit. For highly qualified candidates with a master's degree in English teaching and at least 2 years of experience, the commission may go up to $800. Job Requirements: - Native English speaker with a passport from the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Canada, or South Africa. - Hold at least a bachelor's degree (unrelated to English teaching also considered). - Genuine interest and passion for teaching English as a second language. Responsibilities: - Find and connect with potential candidates who meet the requirements. - Help them create an introduction video and a comprehensive CV. - Assist candidates in completing the necessary paperwork and requirements for working in China. - Upon their successful arrival and employment, you will receive your commission. Please note: The candidates will need to go through a screening process by the school before their arrival in China.
