Full BIM (architectural, MEP, Structural) design

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING! The workflow of this BIM project involves 3 main components: 1st a full Architectural drawing of the house, using Autodesk® Revit® Architecture. Further description and CAD modifications details will be provided in a PowerPoint file. They MUST be strictly followed. "No deviation will be allowed". The deliverable here is a CAD rendering of the house showing: - detailed interior design concept and drawings with furnitures, appliances, curtains, light, stairs, door, decorations, colours.... - and a detailed exterior / land rendering. 2nd Based on the Architectural drawing, develop a full MEP modelling of the house using Autodesk® Revit® MEP to detect and solve "collisions" between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. 3rd Based on the Architectural drawing and the MEP modelling, design a full structural drawing of the house using Autodesk® Revit® Structure. I expect you and your team to deliver a structural drawing that can be used in TEKLA Structure to generate shop drawings of precast concrete beam, precast concrete slab (hollow-core slab), precast concrete walls(panels)... Please don't bid if you don't have a combined competency in: - Autodesk® Revit® Architecture - Autodesk® Revit® MEP - Autodesk® Revit® Structure Payments will be released at key millstones (Architectural, MEP, Structural) of the project is reach.
