Need a software program

The software will need to search for hi PR **PAGES** not domains but actual pages like pr5+ to post links on, Then it will automatically post your link on that page. You will have the option to tell it to post your links in H1 or H2 tags or BOLD if you wish. Then if you chose so the software will automatically go to a couple select places and ping your links, create and submit rss feeds and maybe another task. You can also have the option to look for high pr pages by keyword.. It will need to be able to create accounts at some places in order to post a link and it will also need to be able to work with a decaptcha account like death by captcha or something. I have a step by step guide that I use to do this manually and I will give it to my programmer so he can automate every step that I do manually. Also I think proxies will be needed.
