Analytics partner

Hi I am running multiple SEO and PPC campaigns for my clients, and need to get the best out of the investment with good analytics. I am looking for someone who will work with me (i.e. show me and not just do it) how we can prove to the client where best to invest. I am not talking about huge accounts here, just a few hundred dollars spend per month. I am happy to pay you based on the improvement results you suggest.
