SEO / Build Links the right way / translation

I need to translate a full site of about 15-20 pages into arabic, indian, french and spanish. This does NOT have to be professional translation, but a good translator must be used... Google translate will be fine. This includes translating content and meta tags. I also need a full SEO report, optimization, and proven good faith link building. I will provide the site to interested bidders. ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE GOOD FEEDBACK AND SOMETHING TO SHOW. I will not even look at people with little or no experience. Please be reasonable with pricing. I know how much this work costs.
