You must be based in the US to qualify for this job, regardless of your level of English or ability to call the US. (With great respect for all non-USA applicants, certain restrictions prohibit us from hiring you for this task) This job is to make compliance (quality assurance) calls to our hotlines representing a variety of products and services and provide us back brief feedback regarding how the call was handled (length, ease of communication, salesmenship, etc.) This can be an ongoing assignment. Initial assignment is for 15 calls.
