HELLO :) I HAVE WORKED IN AN EMPLOYED VIRTUAL ROLE FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS, I apologise for resorting to cheap tricks like using capital letters to grab your attention, but I wouldn't want you to miss out on the opportunity to hire me! As I am new to freelancing my lack of feedback on this site gives a very false impression of my fantastic experience and skills.
My written and spoken English are excellent and I recently took a proofreading and copy editing course with the College of Media and Publishing to improve my skills further. I have a very friendly and professional telephone manner, having worked in customer services for most of my working life. I have also worked as a customer service trainer for 2 years.
I am experienced with Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT to name a few. I am also very quick to pick up new skills and get to grips with new software.
