This position calls for someone empathetic, tactful, and possessing excellent interpersonal abilities. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job advertisements on pertinent platforms. Screen resumes emphasizing candidates' soft skills. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for candidates. Assist with onboarding processes, providing new hires with a warm and informative introduction. Candidate Relationship Management: Engage with potential candidates with empathy and understanding. Address inquiries, concerns, or feedback from applicants in a constructive manner. Maintain regular and open communication with prospective hires, ensuring they're always informed. Team Communication: Collaborate with hiring managers, providing insights on candidates' soft skills and compatibility with company culture. Relay feedback between candidates and hiring teams tactfully and promptly. Soft Skills Assessment & Development: Research and recommend tools or techniques for assessing soft skills during recruitment. Coordinate or suggest training programs focusing on soft skills development for employees. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Virtual Assistant or similar role. Demonstrated proficiency in soft skills assessment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact. Knowledgeable in HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Proficient in MS Office Suite or equivalent software. Adept at managing people-oriented tasks and concerns. Stable, high-speed internet connection and appropriate workspace.
